So far I have been making your barrel duffel bag
I made your yoga mat sling bag and a modified version of your sling backpack. I have also looked at many more patterns/ideas on your site as well as directions for various techniques. I enjoy getting the newsletter and am looking forward to picking new projects from your site – it’s hard to pick with so many great ones to choose from.
The latest I made was canvas aprons for my sister and her family. She called to thank me and said, they can’t believe you made those! The highest compliment to your excellent instructions and patterns.
I made the fold over bag and really enjoyed making it. I’ve had so many compliments about it. Looking forward to making more sew4home projects
I always enjoy your tutorials!
Just found your page. Lot’s of great projects I am going to make. My sister lives in Vancouver.
I have seen lots of backpacka and pet items. I have an elderly 18+ year old dachshund who is having trouble walking but still want to come with me on walks. I have seen pet carrier backpacks but they have plastic domes and well in the aouthern arixona desert this would be really really BAD! So thinks for elderly pets, pets to cool them in hot weather and ot a backpack, or sling bag carrier (like they have for babies).
Love your patterns and they have such detail. My favorite is the ball clutch purse pattern though I have quite a few favorites
Thank you for providing pdf versions of your GREAT tutorials. This allows me to find exactly what I remember from your newsletters when I need them!
I love the projects for bags that you have, and especially love those that incorporate machine embroidery. I’m not a Janome girl, but your instructions are great for all of us, regardless of which brand machine we have.
Your website is the usual first place I check for family, friends & home sewing projects. You have a great selection of very fun to sew patterns, and you lay them out step by step with words and photos, a helpful mixture! I’d love to see more home decor items to sew, something more than tea towels & aprons, please. Those are both nice things to sew, but branching out never hurts either, right? 🙂 I love to sew bags, but some of your bag patterns require some more expensive or hard to find notions and supply items. It’s ok… Read more »
I agree! Everything here. Adults, children, indoors, outdoors. Like one stop shopping, but sewing is more fun than shopping. (unless at my favorite fabric stores).
I’ve sewn so many Sew4 Home Projects. I love the soup bowl caddy, see through zipper pouches, fitted sewing machine cover, baskets & storage bins. There are more projects on my list to be sewn up yet. Thank you so much for all the great patterns and ideas.
I have sewn quite a few projects from your website. Off hand, I’ve made about 3 aprons, the witches hat, ironing board cover, some totes and the dress-cover over a clothes hangar. I do like the storage containers, maybe an extra large-sized one could be a future project. Thank you.
Great ideas and patterns! Thank you!
I have sewn Sew4Home bags and love the simplicity of the pattern and especially the directions! My grandson loves his backpack. Thank you for your FREE patterns. Your company is very generous and this is helpful to new sewists.
I love the S4H bag patterns!
Whenever I see S4H in my email, it is a bright bit of sunshine in the midst of my crazy life. 😉
Very nice prize and great site to get neat designs and great ideas!
Why look anywhere else? S4H has THE best patterns. I’m sewing this summer for our quilting guild craft fair fund raiser held annually in Nov. I was declared “Craft Fair Queen” when I turned in your lovely Leaf Appliqué Placemats using tropical fabrics.
Love all the ideas you have and the way you display them
The directions and pictures are beautiful. Fun site
thank you

THE best sewing site online – for beginners or advanced desists alike. One of my favorites were the Star Wars aprons – I made about 10 for friends and family.
Sew4Home has the BEST instructions and patterns! Always colorful and fun and inspiring! Thank you!
Hi there, I’ve been following sew4home.com for as long as I can remember, and always recommend it to other sewists as the best to follow. I look forward each week to seeing new projects and remembering prior projects I’ve mentally added to my to sew list. Most recently I’ve enjoyed learning new ways to sew with my jacquard ribbons stash, so I appreciate those tutorials a lot. On the downside, in the past year mostly, I’ve noticed so many pop-up advertisements unrelated to sewing on the sew4home.com webpage that it’s really distracting. Sometimes I’ll just leave the page, other times… Read more »
I just finished the cat bed for my grandcat! I’ve made baby bottle carriers, totes, aprons, ans will make placemats for the outdoors. Love your site!
