Welcome to the Design Download Page for the Mindfulness Hobby Patch Embroidery Design.
There is one embroidery file provided in your choice of EIGHT file formats: ART, EXP JEF, JEF+, JPX, PES, VIP, and VP3.
The embroidery design can be stitched as a stand-alone patch or embroidered directly onto the base fabric or project of your choice.
The circular design finishes at approximately 4¼” wide x 4¼” high, which means it should easily fit in a most standard mid-range machine embroidery hoops. We used the Janome RE18 Hoop, which is 5.5” x 7”.

Technique Notes for Stabilizing + Stitching a Stand-Alone Patch
Click the button below to download a full color PDF showing our recommended steps for hooping and stitching a patch. Once stitched, you can apply your patch to the project of your choice: a garment, bag, pillow + more. The patch shown in our mini tutorial is our Adventure patch, which is also available for individual sale in our S4H Etsy Shop. The steps to stabilize, hoop, and stitch are the same for any of our Hobby patches.

Download instructions (for .zip files)
First, click on the Blue Icon from the list below that is the appropriate file format for your embroidery machine. This is the .zip file you want to download.
A) For Windows users: Select “Save As” to save the .zip folder where you’d like it on your computer. Navigate to that folder. To unzip the file, you will have to right-click on the folder and select “extract.”
B) For Mac users: The .zip file should automatically download to your “downloads” folder or a location you have previously defined. If not, then right-click (or control-click) on the link and select “Download Linked File”. Save the .zip file to your computer. To unzip the file, double-click the file. Your files will be unzipped into the same folder as the original .zip file.
