All About Autumn Great Giveaway: Two Chances to Win

Printer-friendly versionSend by emailPDF version

It’s been the worst fire season ever here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and we can’t wait for the temperatures to drop and rains to start. In celebration of the coming coolness, we’ve put together an All About Autumn Great Giveaway with two beautiful layer cake collections for two lucky Sew4Home fans.

We have two Moda Fabrics Designer Rolls, each of which contains dozens of 10” x 10” layer cake squares, and each with classic fall-themed colors and motifs. There’s one in flannels from Holly Taylor and a second in standard cottons from Laundry Basket Quilts.

If you’re ready to put on a sweater, throw a pot of soup on the stove, and fire up your sewing machine for some holiday gifts, join us in welcoming Autumn with open arms.

How to Enter to Win One of Two Gorgeous Layer Cake Sets

We are on a mission to build up our Instagram following, so we’ll be drawing one winner from that social media universe. Please consider joining our Insta-Crowd, and if you feel so inclined, encourage your sewing friends and family to do the same. You’ll find us on Instagram at sew4home_diy.

If social media platforms in general and/or Instagram in particular aren’t your thing, no worries. We’ll be drawing a second winner from all the comments collected below. Simply leave us a short message letting us know which Sew4Home projects you have lined up for this fabulous fall. Not making something from S4H (yikes!)? Let us know what you wish we’d design.

We will draw our two winners at random after midnight PT October 13, 2017. No purchase necessary to enter. Void where prohibited.

NOTE: This Giveaway is open to our US visitors as well as our International visitors… even those of you experiencing spring down under!

I absolutely LOVE Sew4Home!!!  My sister told me about it and I have been a fan ever since.  I have made the Cord Wraps for my family and friends, The Kid's Roll N Go Nap Blanket for my nephews and nieces, the glasses cases w/pretty ruffle and handy key ring for myself and family members. I have also made several of the 30-minute Neck Pillows, the first ones for my husband and myself. I also made the Satin & Flannel Pillowcases, the Faux Leather and Fleece sunglass case for myself, the weighted door stop cubes with carry handle for Christmas Gifts for family and friends and I am planning on making the Drawsting Apron with Wraparound Ties.  You ideas are fabulous and your instructions are so very easy to follow! Thank you Sew4Home crew!! You all are awesome!

I made the Beach Duffle Backpack this summer and I showed my co-workers. Well my one co-worker is going to have a baby boy in the spring and she wants me to make her one. She wants it a little bigger and more pockets inside. I am also looking for the perfect fabric for the Rocky Mountain Satchel.

Love this site! I've been a member for a long time and always enjoy the new ideas you come up with. I haven't been sewing in awhile but going to get back into it very soon. I would like to make a couple winterish themed throws for this winter. I just have to make up my mind which ones!

Fall sewing means Christmas gifts for me. I am making a few of your aprons, mug rugs and pot holders. Btw, I would love to see some new projects that use fat quarters. They always catch my eye and I rarely leave a fabric store without a few. Also would love some cute, pretty or "different" pin cushions on s4h!!!!

I'd love some patterns for making leaves, large and small, to be used as placemats or small enough to scatter around the table for a casual get together (the smaller ones could be claimed by guests and taken home for their own Fall decor - a small gift from me).

I have just returned from a month-long southwestern trip and plan to make a "memory" quilt.  I bought lots of fabric from Las Vegas to Denver.  I will find a quilt idea from all the Sew For Home projects I have saved and then get started.  I just love these fall fabrics and can incorporate them into the quilt.  The colors are absolutely perfect! I am so excited about this project.   L.Luck
