... I love this! I was thinking of doing this to my towels and I stumble on this. My bathroom, no matter what I do, causes towels to mildew, so I constantly have to replace them. I have a bathroom fan, I wash the towels with bleach, and wash them frequently, but the mildew attacks. I have never had this with any other bath, so I don't want to buy expensive towels only to toss them in 6 months. This is a great idea to doll up inexpensive towels. Thanks! |

Plain towels are just so... plain. Here's how to take a towel set purchased at a discount store and with some simple sewing give it a spendy designer look. Now your towels can be part of a new look for your bathroom. Once you've made a set for your bathroom, make a set as a distinctive gift for someone else.
